As an essential component of Ea ton's lean solutions, SmartWire DT technology aims to reduce the electrical engineering costs of machines by over 30%. The signal tower is an important component of this technology, as the information provided by the pre alarm function helps operators avoid potential shutdown threats and improve machine availability. Potential faults can not only be detected in advance through intelligent switch devices, but in fact, signals can also be sent from signal towers through SmartWire DT.

 

Signal towers display machine status through visual and auditory signals. Therefore, the device must be clearly visible from a distance and the information provided must be clear and understandable from the beginning. Now, orange (amber) has been added to the colors shown to comply with international standards. More importantly, Ea ton has improved the signal tower equipment in important areas. Even under extremely unfavorable conditions, the brightness level provided by high-performance LEDs will ensure reliable observation. Due to stronger signal capability, higher brightness, larger volume, and multiple tone types, it is easier to identify fault situations or even help prevent faults from occurring.
Ea ton's signal tower devices adhere to a flexible design concept and can be used in unfavorable installation conditions, such as insufficient ceiling spacing and environments that require different signals to be located on the right or left side. These two types of signal towers can also be installed vertically, with a maximum of 5 units installed on each side.

Our brand new signal tower can be flexibly installed in 9 different ways. In addition to the option to install on the side, there are also different options available for direct installation on the cup-shaped base, as well as multiple tube installation options. In addition, pipes with lengths of 100, 250, and 400mm are provided for more flexible installation.
Our signal tower adopts a protection level of up to IP66, which can provide perfect protection and even avoid the influence of water jets from all directions. These signal towers can be used globally and have obtained type certification and certificates in Europe and North America, as well as classification society certification and CCC.
