The principle of practicality has been highly effective
The ergonomic design of RMQ Titan brings convenience to daily applications. One example is the button design that is suitable for finger touch. The indicator light is equipped with a specially developed scattering mirror to ensure full illumination. A new surface mount housing equipped with stainless steel screws, with a protection level of IP66, allowing for a maximum of 6.
The buttons and indicator lights work under the harshest environmental conditions.
RMQ-Titan is suitable for all process monitoring
Whether on the control panel or the distribution cabinet, installing RMQ Titan can reliably send signals. The new type of emergency stop switch with lights is equipped with built-in indicator lights. In this way, even in a dark room, the light is very noticeable and there is no need to install additional indicator lights. Important alarms can be further reinforced by issuing warning sounds. The buzzing sound of RMQ Titan can produce persistent and sharp warning sounds to ensure that dangerous situations can be detected in a timely manner.
Self locking and spring reset - easy to convert
All RMQ Titan self-locking buttons can be conveniently set with self-locking or spring reset functions on the side walls. This function is very practical. For example, during the preparation phase, it is necessary to repeatedly start, but afterwards it is necessary to maintain a self locking state. When the button is pressed halfway, a metal ring can be seen on the side wall, which can be lightly pressed to change functions.
In addition, the functions applicable to buttons also apply to selection switches. The switch function (self locking and spring reset) and the key removal location can be selected at any time according to the application situation. In this way, ordering and inventory can be significantly reduced.
RMQ-Titan is suitable for standard drilling holes of 22.3mm. At the back of the button, up to six contact modules can be installed in two layers. The button installation is more flush, and the installation depth has also been optimized.
Usually, three installation methods are used, namely flush installation, surface installation, and rear installation. The adapter is already built into the bottom of the surface mounted casing. When applied inside the control cabinet, the installation depth inside the cabinet can be adjusted using expansion clips.
Symbol and text signs can be customized for all signs, indicator lights, and other button signs in the RMQ Titan series. Unlike printing methods, these symbols and text are produced through laser and engraving techniques and will be permanently preserved. In addition to laser technology, button labels can also be made using other processes.
