ZEB electronic overload relay
The ZEB electronic overload relay takes IEC power control to a new level. The ZEB IEC series includes forward and reverse switching contacts and starters, as well as overload relays and accessories. Enclosed control options include metal and non-metal cabinets with circuit breakers and North American or European fuses. Using the ZEB IEC series overload relay can save space and shorten engineering design time.
Core functions
The electronic coil controller allows contactors to reduce power consumption and generate less heat, thereby reducing cooling requirements, installing more contactors/starters for each cabinet, and extending the service life of pilot devices carrying control signals
AC and DC devices achieve the same size through an electronic control coil system, which can save space and shorten engineering design time
The integrated suppressor in the DC control contactor reduces total logistics and inventory costs by limiting the quantity of products ordered and stocked
No wiring required, thus improving installation and maintenance efficiency
The contactor dual terminal has a separate socket with a current of up to 400 A, providing installation and application flexibility when using wires of different sizes, improving connection integrity, and reducing wiring faults
